This picture does not look pleasant but this is the suit of swords, dealing with the mental realm of you and therefore is more uplifting than at first glance. Sure you can be feeling worried, anxious and/or fearful when this energy is present due to your negative or doubtful thinking, but you can do something concrete about it. You have the power to change the way you think, and by doing so you can change how you feel.
Something might feel hopeless and/or very hard today and maybe you see no way out of____. But going into victim mode and fighting against the flow of life will make it harder than it has to be.. So try to accept the things you can’t do anything about and do something about the things that you can. Take back your power and believe in yourself! You can’t always choose what happens in life but you can choose how to act, react and think about it.
It’s time to leave an old an unhealthy way of thinking behind, look at how this particular line of thinking affects you and decide to change it for the better. Look at yourself, your life and a situation objectively and detach from what it is that has such negative grip on you. Be kind to yourself and do not beat yourself over something that is long since gone. Be forgiving and gentle with yourself and stop yourself from looping back around and reliving painful memories. Try to turn your thoughts to the present moment instead of letting your mind wander backwards or forward. By reclaiming the now you can turn this feeling and these thoughts around.
Today it is important to remember that: a problem/issue cannot be solved with the same energy as it was created with. So what do you need to do and where do you need to be in order for new energy to be created?

What perceived failure is causing me pain?
How can I release negativity?
What brings me into a peaceful and forgiving mindset?
